The calibration factor for material exposure, c1, can be used to adapt the calculation results to existing calculation methods. If not specified, the default value of c1 = 0.04 recommended by Witzig is used, which shows good correlation with the higher-quality calculation method according to Wirth and Oster/Hertter.
