In the Matrix Editor, modification matrices can either be entered directly or imported from the hard disk.
Modification amounts are entered in µm. Positive modification amounts correspond to material removal on the flank. As the modification amounts in the measurement data files are negative, they are inverted during import. The modification values from the matrices are added to the modification values from the standard correction.
Any number of width and height support points can be defined for the matrix.
The width coordinates are entered in mm in the first line of the editor and refer to the left side of the corresponding gear.
The height coordinates are entered as the diameter of the corresponding gear (from top to bottom in ascending order) in the first column of the editor in mm.
The "Invert matrix" tickbox multiplies all modification values by -1.
The "Mirror matrix" tickbox mirrors the modifications in the width direction.
