The requirement of axially symmetric conditions to the bearing center plane can be used to reduce the total calculation time. In this case, all inputs that negate the symmetry relationships are ignored. If these inputs are present, the calculation is stopped and a warning is provided. If an odd number of mesh nodes is selected in the axial direction, axial symmetry cannot be used.
In particular, axial symmetry can only be used if the tilt angle = 0°. Therefore, the system calculation is automatically calculated WITHOUT axial symmetry.
