Use Stielers support concept under cyclic load

If activated, the former method according to Stieler is used to estimate the support factor instead of the newer material-mechanical support effect concept. The material-mechanical support concept is closer to the real mechanics and particularly provides a more precise calculation in the case of rotating bending than Stieler's method. However, the support factor tends to be underestimated using the material-mechanical approach for components made of cast iron and cast aluminium.
