Three strategies can be selected for the stress evaluation:
- Tangential stresses
Only the tooth root tangential stresses in the direction of the tooth depth are output.
- Mises equivalent stresses in the tooth root
Only the tooth root equivalent stresses according to Mises are output.
- Mises equivalent stresses in the entire gear
The equivalent stresses according to Mises for the entire gear surface are output.
