Axial profiling

Axial profiling of the running surface of the plain bearing can be considered. Various approaches are available for this:

• Parametric: The profiling can be designed for expected skewing (crowning) and tilting (linear modification)
• Polynomial: Analogous to the convention in COMBROS PG, a 6th degree polynomial can be specified for the profiling
• Profiling curve: Specification of a profiling curve
