Numerical attenuation when journal movement is exceeded

Reduction value for relative eccentricity when the journal movement is exceeded during iteration.

This parameter controls the correction of the journal position, which occurs if there is "penetration" between the shaft and bearing. The smaller the expected minimum gap width, the smaller the value which should be selected.
