Calibration factor for the material exposure acc. to FVA 556/III

With the aid of the calibration factor for the material exposure, c₁, the calculation results can be adapted to existing calculation methods. Without input, the value of c₁ = 0.04 recommended by Witzig is used as default value, which shows good correlations with the higher-quality calculation method according to Wirth and Oster/Hertter.
