Profile generation

Selection of how the gear profile is to be generated:

• By hobbing tools
• By injection molding, sintering or broaching *
• By gear basic rack (module related) **
• By tooth geometry **

* The specification of the gear profile by a form tool (injection moulding, sintering, broaching) can currently only be used for geometry calculation and for local procedures.
** If the gear basic rack or the direct tooth geometry is specified, the load capacity calculations according to the ISO6336, ABS2019 and LRS2019 standards can also be carried out.
