If this switch is activated, the proposal for the lead modification is determined based on a uniform load distribution.
- Switch NOT activated: Proposal for lead modification is determined based on the actual load distribution. Since a change in the load distribution due to the modification can lead to changes in the bearing operating points, it may be necessary to iteratively adjust the flank modification(s) until a uniform load distribution is achieved.
- Switch activated: Proposal for lead modification is based on uniform load distribution. For this purpose, an additional system calculation with uniform load distribution is automatically performed, but only the proposal for the lead modifications is output.
