Minimum permissible bottom clearance

The default value for minimum tip clearance c_min relative to m_n is 0.13. It can be set from 0.001 to 0.99. If the tip clearance factor c* was specified for the "geometry data", it is only accepted if it is smaller than the maximum tip clearance c_max (default = 0.75) related to m_n. c_max can vary between 0.00001 and 1.0.

A notification for low tip clearance is issued if the actual tip clearance relative to m_n is less than 0.2. The value can vary between 0.05 and 0.5.
