Use equivalent mean stress under cyclic load

In the case of normal and shear stress (for example in the case of bending and torsion), the FKM guideline recommends the use of so-called equivalent mean stresses instead of considering the mean stress component by component. In case of better knowledge about the strength at hand, this factor can be deactivated, otherwise it is recommended to leave it activated.
