If a static load is present, then the calculation step for determining the dynamic stress (R9) is not performed. With a dynamic load, the maximum and minimum axial force must be specified in order to be able to determine a dynamic load amplitude. For the calculation of the operational stress (R8), the maximum axial force is always used.
