Append dynamic rolling (FEM) calculation

An iteration of the FE-based load distribution (FEM) is first carried out as part of the wear calculation. Due to abrasive wear, the flank topography is redetermined in each iteration step and considered in the calculation. The wear calculation will run until either the maximum permissible wear or the required service life has been reached.

If this box is ticked, a calculation with the geometrically and materially non-linear dynamic rolling approach (FEM) is appended. This calculation uses the final worn flank topography from the end of the iteration as input, allowing a detailed analysis of the worn flank topography.
